We’re excited to announce that we are now offering Hydromassage Therapy, a gentle and effective treatment designed to relieve pain, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.
Hydromassage therapy uses warm water and pressurized jets to massage muscles and soft tissues throughout the body. This form of hydrotherapy has been shown to support both physical and emotional health. Research indicates that it may help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, providing a soothing, calming experience that supports mental wellness.
For patients with rheumatoid arthritis, hydrotherapy has been associated with improved mood and decreased pain levels. In clinical studies, those who received hydrotherapy reported feeling better both physically and emotionally compared to those who did not.
