Philosophy of Care
I started Fall Creek Pain Management because I saw how often people living with chronic pain were not getting the kind of care they truly need. Our medical system can do many things well, but it often does not leave enough time, continuity, or compassion for patients whose situations are complex and ongoing. I have always felt a strong commitment to service, and I built this clinic to help fill that gap. My mission is to build a place where kindness, skill, availability, and genuine compassion are not extras, but the foundation of how care is given.
That mission shapes every part of the clinic. We’ve created a practice where patients feel known, welcomed, and cared for from the moment they walk in. That means seeing the same expert provider who knows you, being greeted by staff who know you, and spending time in a space that feels calm, comfortable, and unhurried, with comforting refreshments and a welcoming atmosphere. It also means making care more responsive and thoughtful: scheduling visits promptly, taking extra time when needed, carefully reviewing records, coordinating with others in the community, and returning calls within a business day whenever possible. At a time when many pain practices have closed, we wanted to create something stable and lasting clinic that patients can rely on for the long term.

Mission
At Fall Creek Pain Management, our mission is to provide a compassionate, judgment-free environment where people living with chronic pain feel heard, respected, and cared for with kindness, skill, and unwavering support.
We believe chronic pain deserves time, attention, and respect. We recognize that many patients have had their symptoms minimized or ignored elsewhere, and we take a different approach—one rooted in compassion, clinical expertise, and personalized care. We’re committed to listening deeply, evaluating thoroughly, and coordinating treatment that’s tailored to each individual.
